What is a magnetic drive:
Magnetic Drive refers to the coupling between the wet end of the pump and the motor.In direct drive pumps,the impeller of the pump is attached to the shaft of the motor,and this design depends on the shaft seal to contain the chemical.
What is a magnetic drive pump:
Magnetic drive pump is a seal-less chemical process pump that uses a magnetic drive system and does not require a shaft seal.It is mainly used in industries, agriculture, medical industries,drinking water systems and other fields.This significantly reduces the initial cost of the pump as well as ongoing operating costs as there are no mechanical seals,sealant tanks or cooling lines to install.
What is the advantages of magnetic drive pump?
1. The pump is a fully sealed structure to prevent liquid leakage.
2. High working temperature, the maximum liquid temperature is 80°C-120°C.
3. The pump body can withstand countless reciprocating movements and has a long service life.
4. The pump body is made of special EPDM and FPM materials,which has strong corrosion resistance.
