How to use and maintain the submersible pump
The selection of submersible pumps before use is very important. The pump model should be selected according to the actual conditions of the water source, working time and pump water volume. First of all, the head must be selected to be greater than the drop between the water intake and the water outlet; secondly, the flow of the pump must be able to meet the requirements of drainage and irrigation.
(1) Use environment requirements
1. There is a safe and reliable power supply.
2. The drop between the outlet pipe and the water surface of the pool should be less than the head.
3. Choose a relatively clean water source.
(2) Start
1. Submersible pumps below 11 kilowatts are allowed to start directly. Submersible pumps above 13 kilowatts should be equipped with depressurization starting cabinets. To protect the safe operation of the submersible pump.
2. In order to prevent the rotor of the submersible pump from moving up instantly and reduce the starting load. When the submersible pump is started, the outlet valve stroke should be closed to 3/4. (Leave 1/4 air gap. In order to deflate) Slowly open after starting the water outlet. The working point of the water pump is controlled at an appropriate position.
3. After the start-up is completed and the operation starts Should strengthen monitoring and observation of water level changes. Ensure that the submersible pump runs within the working conditions. After the submersible pump is running smoothly, it can be put into formal operation.
4. 5 hours after the submersible pump is put into operation for the first time. Stop the machine and measure the thermal insulation resistance quickly. Its value is not less than 0.5MΩ. Before you can continue to use it.
(3) Operation
1. The submersible pump should work at the design operating point. At this time, the axial force is moderate. The pump has the highest efficiency. The most economical and reliable.
2. The submersible pump must be fully inspected every 8 hours of operation. Whether each instrument has changed. Whether the circuit nodes are heating up. Is the sound normal? Whether the normal working current is greater than the rated value of the motor nameplate.
Note that in one of the following situations, the pump should be stopped immediately.
1) The working current of the pump is suddenly higher than the rated current of the motor.
2) Abnormal water output, intermittent water output. The sand content increases.
3) The insulation resistance of the motor is lower than 0.5 megohm.
4) The unit has obvious noise and vibration aggravated.
5) The grid voltage is insufficient. Below 5% of the rated voltage.
6) One phase of the fuse is burned out.
7) The water pipeline is damaged.
(4) Stop the pump
Before the submersible pump is shut down. To prevent backflow of water. Close the valve while cutting off the power supply. The interval between restarts is more than 20 minutes.
(5) Use and install a leakage protector.
2. The outlet pipe should not be bent as much as possible, and the rupture of the water delivery pipe should be found and repaired in time to reduce power loss.
3. Add a filter when pumping water from sources with a lot of debris.
4. Before starting, correct the positive and negative poles of the power supply to prevent the water pump from turning upside down and no water can flow out.
5. When an abnormal situation is found during use, the power supply should be cut off in time, and the work can only be continued after the situation is recovered.
Daily maintenance of submersible pumps. Check the power cord for damage every day. It is absolutely forbidden to launch the leaking submersible pump into the water. Check the pump body for damage every day to ensure that the motor does not leak electricity when it is working. After the operation is over, the debris attached to the water pump should be cleaned up in time, and the water pump should be rinsed clean. In order to ensure the normal operation of the submersible pump, it must be carried out in accordance with the following requirements. Before using the submersible electric pump, check the insulation resistance of the motor with a megohmmeter, and the minimum value should not be less than 50MΩ.
The water immersion motor should open the water filling screw plug and fill it with clean water before tightening the screw plug. Do not unscrew the water filling screw plug and go directly into the well. Check whether the cable is broken or broken before use. If damaged, it should be replaced in time to prevent leakage. The submersible electric pump should be filled with clean water before launching, and then idling for 1-2 minutes, and start twice, check if the starting and idling are normal, and whether the steering meets the requirements. If the direction of rotation is reversed, just replace any two-phase wiring. Check whether the water lift pipe is cracked and whether the connection is firm. When the submersible electric pump goes down and hoisted, it is never allowed to pull the cable so as to avoid damage to the cable or disconnection at the joints, which may cause unnecessary accidents. Iron wires or pallets should be used to go down the well and lift.
The power supply voltage should be controlled within ±5% of the rated voltage so that the motor can work normally. If the voltage is too low or too high, the motor cannot be used continuously to avoid damage to the motor when it works under over-voltage or under-voltage for a long time. When submersible pumps are submerged in the water, they should be suspended vertically, not diagonally. The water entry depth should be 5 meters below the dynamic water level. Submersible electric pumps must not deliver water or mud with high sand content. The actual head of the submersible electric pump should be used within 0.8-1.1 times the rated head to improve the efficiency of the unit, save energy, and avoid overloading the motor.
The wiring of the submersible pump motor must be connected firmly to prevent the motor from being burnt due to lack of phase operation. The cable must be checked frequently for cracks, scratches, etc., and if it is, replace or repair it in time. If oil leakage occurs in the oil-immersed motor, it should be repaired in time to the manufacturer or maintenance point, and the sealing element should be replaced. The water immersion motor should always clean the sand particles in the motor cavity and replace the clean water in the motor cavity. After half a year of operation, the submersible electric pump should be repaired and inspected, and the damaged parts should be replaced. After the submersible electric pump is used, the water immersion motor should be drained of clean water in the motor, the electric pump should be cleaned, oiled to prevent rust, and stored vertically in a dry place.
